We provide comprehensive SEO services designed to improve your website’s visibility and ranking on search engines. Our SEO strategy is tailored to your business needs and goals, with ongoing analysis and adjustments to maximize results.

PPC campaigns are run through third-party platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). While Joe’s Web Solutions manages strategy and execution, the platform providers (Google, Facebook, etc.) are responsible for the delivery and uptime of their respective ad networks.
Client Responsibilities for PPC:
The client must provide access to advertising accounts, approve budgets, and supply any additional assets (such as images or videos) required for ad creation. Clients are also responsible for approving any budget changes or strategic adjustments.
4. Payment Terms, Refund Policy, and Dispute Resolution
All payments must be made according to the payment schedule outlined in our Service Agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt and must be paid no later than 10 days after the due date. A late fee of 5% will be applied to any overdue amount. If payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, services may be suspended until the balance is paid in full, and a monthly interest rate of 1.5% will be charged on overdue amounts. The parties will engage in good-faith discussions to resolve the dispute within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be escalated to arbitration or mediation. All undisputed portions of the invoice remain payable by the original due date.
5. Project Deadlines
All project timelines provided by Joe's Web Solutions are estimates based on the scope and complexity of the project. While we strive to meet deadlines, completion times may vary due to factors such as project complexity, client revisions, or resource availability. We will promptly communicate any changes to timelines.
Scope Creep: Any additional work or changes requested beyond the original agreement will be considered scope creep. These changes may result in additional charges and extensions to the project deadline. Joe's Web Solutions will notify the client of any scope changes and provide a revised timeline and cost before proceeding with the additional work.
Client delays, such as late provision of materials or feedback, may also affect deadlines.
6. Revisions Policy
Joe's Web Solutions includes up to two rounds of revisions for web design, content creation, and similar services. These revisions must fall within the scope of the original project. Any additional revisions beyond the two rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate of [$X/hour]. 7. Cancellation and Termination

If a client cancels early, they are responsible for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Joe's Web Solutions will invoice for any unpaid work at the time of cancellation. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if payments are overdue or if the client fails to provide necessary feedback or materials.
Early termination may be subject to a 25% termination fee on the remaining project cost. Joe's Web Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or violation of applicable laws.
8. Warranties, Representations, and Results Disclaimer
Joe's Web Solutions is committed to delivering high-quality services aligned with the agreed-upon scope of work. However, due to the dynamic nature of the digital environment and external factors beyond our control—such as changes in search engine algorithms, user behavior, and competition—specific results, including traffic increases, search engine rankings, or conversion rates, cannot be guaranteed.
All services are provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. The client warrants that all materials and information provided to Joe's Web Solutions are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe on any third-party rights.
9. Intellectual Property Transfer
Ownership of all materials created by Joe's Web Solutions will transfer to the client upon full payment for the project. If full payment is not made, Joe's Web Solutions retains ownership of the materials and reserves the right to revoke usage rights. Any third-party tools or licensed software integrated into the project remain the property of their respective licensors and are subject to separate licensing agreements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joe's Web Solutions’ total liability to the client for any claims arising from this agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered. Under no circumstances shall Joe's Web Solutions be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, even if Joe's Web Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joe's Web Solutions, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

12. Force Majeure
Joe's Web Solutions is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
13. Client Responsibilities

If the client opts not to subscribe to ongoing maintenance services, the client assumes full ownership of the website upon project completion. As the owner, the client is responsible for managing and maintaining the website, including all associated fees such as hosting, Wix membership, and domain registration. Joe's Web Solutions is not liable for issues arising post-handover unless a separate maintenance agreement is signed. -
Provision of Materials and Information:
The client agrees to provide all necessary content, materials, and information, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and brand assets, in a timely manner. Any delays in providing these materials may result in project delays and could incur additional costs. -
Timely Feedback and Approvals:
The client agrees to provide prompt feedback and approvals during the project development process. Failure to provide timely feedback may result in project delays or additional charges. -
Compliance with Third-Party Policies:
If your website relies on third-party services (e.g., Wix, hosting platforms, domain providers), you are responsible for complying with their terms and conditions, including paying any associated fees. Joe's Web Solutions is not responsible for disruptions or additional costs arising from non-compliance with third-party services. -
Content and Copyright Compliance:
The client warrants that all content and materials provided to Joe's Web Solutions do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Joe's Web Solutions is not liable for any infringement claims.
14. Third-Party Links
